The types of support available to you depend on if you choose to purchase a custom support plan. With our basic packages, you’ll have access to email support. With our additional support options, you’ll gain access to email and phone support. Our team will be able to guide you through the setup process for your team and we have optional specialist training courses available for your team if desired.
Our plans are designed to be flexible and you can choose just credits without any addons or you can choose just addons without any credits depending on what you require.

1 referencing credit, allows you to collect up to 10 references from a single candidate.
Digital ID check credits allow you to have passport level verification for candidates. These can be used for Right To Work checks for candidates in the United Kingdom. 1 credit can be used for checking a single candidate.
RefNow allows you to setup Teams and segregate data between them. User permissions can be set-up to access different levels of the app. We do not charge you to add your colleagues to the platform. We believe that access to RefNow should make your life easier, not harder.
